Hire Fees
The Hall is regularly used by a raft of organisations including the Bourton Panto Group, Bourton WI, Bourton Rural Cinema and various dance classes. Priority may be given to booking requests from local organisations and individuals based in Bourton-on-the-Water.

The hall can be hired on our acceptance of a booking request confirming the date, time and full details of the purpose for which it is required along with your acceptance of the terms and conditions.

Important note: If a booking has already been accepted for the date you require, very often the booking will only be for part of the hall, the space you wish to hire may still be available. Please submit a booking request and we'll let you know as soon as possible. The garden area is also available to hire by request, £42 for three hours and £14 per hour thereafter.

Please Note:
- All hirers will be required to sign a hire agreement to confirm the booking.
- All procedures, including unlocking and locking-up of the building will be explained once bookings are confirmed.
- Setting-up tables and chairs will be by prior arrangement in order to comply with fire safety regulations, when the seats are arranged by the Committee, they must not be moved from their preset positions.
- The heating can be switched on in advance (if required), hirers must turn the heating off when vacating the hall; failure to do so may result in an additional charge.
